Caliber Collision

Caliber collision was very detailed in the information they provided to me. They informed me early on that it may take a while to get the parts for my car. They completed the job professionally and in a timely manner. They were very courteous and mindful of my situation. They insured that I had access to the rental company for a rental car. They made this situation so easy and less stressful. The team there really understands the job at hand and they move accordingly. Great team, with Great service! I will recommend them to anyone.

I just dropped my truck off here after getting rear ended. I don’t think I’ve ever been anywhere where I was treated more rudely or dismissively. From the moment I walked in, I was ignored. Zero eye contact. Annoyed about the kind of insurance I have and how they handle claims. The front desk manager didn’t even say hello. Walked around for 5 minutes talking to other employees and when she finally addressed me, she wouldn’t look at me but talked looking down at a piece of paper. It took me a second before I even realized she was speaking to me. The guy who did the walk around of the vehicle, asked me 3 times during the discussion what kind of insurance I have. In a 10 minute conversation. If they do an amazing job on my truck and redeem themselves, maybe I’ll change my rating. But jeez. If I didn’t need my truck fixed, I would have walked out and cancelled my appointment there.

I am absolutely thrilled with the repair work done on my SUV at the Waukegan shop. when I arrived to pick it up they had completely washed my SUV and detailed it in and out. It looked like just came off of a showroom floor. It is rare to find a shop that can do this much care about their customers. Thank you so much for the incredible Work. I will recommend you to anyone.

The Caliber Collision staff at the Waukegan location are phenomenal! They did a great job assessing the damage on my vehicle, and worked directly with the insurance company to ensure proper repairs were completed. They kept me informed throughout the process so I was not left wondering what was going on. Additionally, the repair itself looks great, and I can’t even tell it was in an accident, and they had it back to me a week sooner than the original estimated time. Highly recommend them to anyone looking to get quality work done on their vehicle!
